I started my ABA practice out of a deep passion for helping families affected by autism. As both an autism mom and a Behavior Analyst, I truly understand the daily challenges families face. That’s why our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized support—every step of the way.
Deepika Rajagopalan, M.S, BCBA

The Full Story
Deepika is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She specializes in early intervention, functional communication training, sleep and feeding interventions, social skills, and caregiver coaching. Her approach is both evidence-based and empathetic, rooted in the belief that every child has potential and every family deserves support.
Deepika’s journey into the field is deeply personal—she became a BCBA after her son was diagnosed with autism, driven by a desire to better understand and support his unique needs. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus in ABA, and is passionate about Verbal Behavior and practical functional assessments (PFA).
Today, she blends her clinical expertise with a parent’s perspective to create meaningful, lasting change for children and families.
She is the founder of Paddington Behavioral Services in Bergen County, NJ, where she leads a team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with autism aged 3–21. Outside of work, Deepika is a passionate advocate for the autism community, drawing strength and inspiration each day from her 12-year-old son, who continues to be her greatest teacher in patience, resilience, and unconditional love.
